Can't play, missing .exe

I wanted to play the game again, so i reinstalled it ( i deleted it some time ago), after starting the game it says "missing data". The problem is that verify integrity of game cache isnt working for me ( it just requests the 1 missing data but it isnt dowloading it, in my library it says :"The Walking Dead-update paused" and i just cant "update" it. It kinda sucks because this problem happes to me multiple times (for example Trine 2).

Does anybody know what i could do? :/
