What do you think that is better at the ending, saying Clementine that she has to kill you, or, you prefered saying her to leave you there lying on the ground?

I choosed saying her to kill me, this way i was not going to be one of those walkers, and that way im completely shure that she is not going to find me like a walker or something on the season 2.

I chose that, too - partly for the reason you gave. This can also be considered Lee's last lesson to Clem. She needed to be able to handle the really tough decisions... and what could be tougher, excluding her parents, than taking out Lee when it was clear he was about to turn.

There's also the fact that, well... assuming she didn't kill him, how would she feel later when she thought about Lee and how she left him to become a walker when only she could've done something to prevent that?

I actually let her leave me. I thought the emotional toll of killing your own father figure would be too much. Looking back I think you guys have some good reasons though.
