Episode 5 Not Remembering Decisions

I turned the game on, expecting to play Episode 5 because I had finished Episode 4 last time I played. When I turned the game on, it didn't remember that I had finished Episode 4, so I had to do the ending again. A problem, but not a major one. I started Episode 5 immediately after, and that's where the bad things happened. At the beginning, the walkie talking conversation seemed to think I remained silent last time, and Kenny wasn't with me when I brought everyone along last episode. Is this a documented problem, and is there a way to fix it?

I had the same problem, I finished episode 4 with all exept Kenny, and episode 5 starts with Kenny and Ben. I do not have a solution for this bug. And did not played further, because I dont want to play another storyline.

The plot slightly thickens. Selecting to reload any of the Episode 4 checkpoints to move further back and attempt to fix the problem still loads the last checkpoint in the episode. So as far as I can tell, there's no way to fix this and I just have to deal with Episode 5 not playing out the way I want it to.
