In 400 days I started with vince's story. If I were to rewind to it, would I have to redo all stories I completed since?

Yeah, I had to do that. It's basically set up like 1 episode even though there are multiple short stories. In any episode, if you rewind, you do everything from that point over.

Your post kind of confuses me. I wasn't restarting for acheivments, I just wanted to redo something in vince's story.

I'm sorry I misunderstood your post. Some people these days get focused ob the achievements instead of just playing and enjoying a game. Again I'm sorry.
