Half Sided

What is the goal of the "Half Sided"-world? Can't complete the first level because I don't understand it. xD

+1. I supposed the goal was to make a structure with blocks and then "plant" all their faces. This didn't work :/

EDIT: It seems like I did something wrong that time. I just tried the same thing and it worked.
So: the goal is to make a structure and plant all the cube's faces.

so any structure as long as you can plant all the faces? or does the strucure have to match the box outline? I am so confused since i kept making boxes and not knowing what i am doing wrong.

Any structure is valid, but I'll try to keep it simple.

I just started Half Sided today, and after about an hour I found a solution to the first level with only 2 cubes.
