Black blank screen

Every time I start the game, I get a black blank screen. I have to hard reset my computer because I'm unable to do anything. It totally freezes my computer.

Windows 8 pro x64 / AMD Radeon HD 7750

Follow these steps:
Find the install directory or local files.

usually C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Wizorb

Find the Application Wizorb and change the compatibility mode to Windows XP Service Pack 3. Set to Run As Admin.

Now return to the Steam Banners/Library itself and right click the game and go to properties and change the launch options set it to

-windowed

now save that, launch the game. should work.

That's how I solved it on my windows 8.

The game works fine for me in Window 7 without any special tricks - I wonder why it did not on yours?

MIne works fine in Windows 7, 64 bit as well.
