Xbox 360 Controller Vibration Support.
I noticed the game uses old DirectInput for gamepads. The 360 controller supports this but the driver from Microsoft is somewhat crippled as in no vibration support.

What you need to do is download and install XBCD from this link: http://vba-m.com/forum/Thread-xbcd-0-2-7-release-info-updates-will-be-posted-here

This is an alternate driver for the controller which enables vibration/Force feedback when getting input using DirectInput. This will make the controller work as if it was in newer Xinput mode.

Enjoy!

That's funny. Other games I've played such as Sonic Adventure 2, Mortal Kombat Arcade Kollection, etc had some sort of vibration feedback. It's up to the developers to provide good support for this controller when it comes to vibration.

Yea but they used old tech in this one and microsoft removed force support in the driver when the 360 controller came out.

I found a solution, vibration works using this program (Force Feedback Driver for XInput), just install the windows 7 version: http://lavendy.net/special/driver/xi/index.html

ps. tested only on config menu

That's weird. Xinput already has force feedback. It's a diresctinput driver with force support that's needed. Well, I'll try this. Maybe it alters the 360 driver completely.
