Few bugs need help dealing with

[Seda Destroy]

Okay, i'm up to the demonic core and three bugs have occured

1: The goddess statue at the start of the core is not registering on the crystal

2: The roo which gives you the burst ability isn't there and i do have the roda fruit

3: The chest with the obsidian key in it was already open when i got there

Please help
