Need help with an achievement. Bug, perhaps?

Hi!
I've been working on the achievement to unlock every upgrade for a while "(Count Your Blessings)". I've played as Yunica and got 34/35 upgrades (on the other 2, I got around 25-30 upgrades on each, Yunica was the first character I played as, so I figured I'd finish hers first).
Thinking I missed a Panacea, so I ran through the entire game. 3 times on the same savefile, in fact.
So I figured "I'll check a guide!" and did so. I checked all locations (there was only 1 guide from what I could see, anyway) and ran around like a headless chicken.
I did exactly everything that the guide said, checking all treasures. I didn't miss a single one. "Do you have her EX Version" I hear you ask and yes indeed! And before you ask, yes, I have ALL upgrades on LITERALLY EVERYTHING. I've met all Roo's, I got all weapons/armors at MAX, I got all spells at MAX and I got all blessings from the Goddess Statue.
Anyone know what I might be missing?
The only thing I can personally think of is that I'm not lv 60 yet (currently lv 52).
As a just-in-case, I've taken 2 screenshots showing all my upgrades, in case someone thinks I might be missing one.
Also, if it matters - I played the game on V.Easy as it was my first time through the game (it's a habit of old - I play the game on the easiest and then go up to the hardest difficulty). This was also done to get a couple of achievements a lot easier. Cheap, perhaps, but hey, it's not you who play, it's me. :P

Looks like you should have them all...I got that achievement playing Hugo EX on Hard. Not sure what to say

I can't honestly say for sure what it is, though I have seen in a few games that some achievements aren't obtainable on very easy - if you haven't received an answer yet, it can't hurt to try another difficulty, can it?

I have exactly the same problem. Every char has every upgrade (i checked three time the armors upgrades, and i'm stuck at 104/105....

@Huoxue: I'm planning on running through the game on every difficulty, but it threw me off that I didn't have the achievement when I made sure I had everything (mainly annoyance, I might add).

Do you have her alternate costume(s)? not sure if it counts towards it but it might.

Not that I can think of. I doubt it'd affect anything, personally but hey, you could be right!

Same problem. At first it was stuck at 103/105 then when I loaded my save file, it became 104/105.

you should play Ex char. It may be help to unlock. Or try to nightmare.

I recommend nightmare for Ex char.

Nightmare not very hard If you level max. You will recive damage form final boss about 1-3 per hit and 8-10 from boss combo.
