Ys Origin
Ys I
Ys II
Ys III: Wanderers from Ys / the Oath in Felghana
Ys V
Ys VI
Ys Seven

And then I've heard that Ys IV's remake's storyline falls before III but the original storyline falls after III, but I'm not sure.

Just wanted to point out that Ys The Ark Of Napishtim = Ys VI

Also I've heard that Memories Of Celceta was Ys IV but some people say is actually Ys VII. I haven't play it yet but soon I'll be able to, so we'll see.

Celceta is the 3rd or 4th remake of Ys IV. It's actually probably better to play it than the original Ys 4, because the original 4 wasn't even made by the same falcom team. The battle system is completely different, and closer to the newest installments in the series.

Ys Seven is Ys VII. It came out for the PSP a few years ago. Ys Celceta is very similar in playstyle to Ys Seven though, so that may be the source of the confusion.
