Hey, I cleared flooded prison, and I can't find the key that leads to the boss. Where can I find it?

Remember when you entered a room where you saw a Turtles for a first time? ( Underwater room with a bunch of turtles and spike traps ) in that room, it should have broken wall that allow you to use thunder skill to break it, there is a chest in there contain a key.

You have to grind experience points until you're level 30 and then go inside the water and you'll find a new enemy like a dragon. It looks like a gyarados and it only appears if you're level 30 or more. After you kill it he'll drop the key and you can procees. Make sure you wear the water dragon scales and you dodge his water beams properly because they're devastating.

It's just long, and at the end I loose all my focus. But I managed to kill it.

That boss hung me up for several hours the first time too, but now he's one of the ones I can kill the most reliably on Nightmare. He's kind of tricky in that he actually has a hunting AI instead of a set pattern so you have to learn how to juke him properly, and the poison clouds can make things crowded. Origin's bosses tend to have a common theme of keeping some aspect of the fight under control at all times, and Nygtilger is no different -- specifically, make the poison phase as short and safe as possible.

Spread damage along his segments, then boost and break them all at once in sequence. Make him repeatedly loop back on himself to keep targets and new poison balls in easy reach, stop him from dragging you through clouds on the other side of the ring, and minimize the time you spend chasing his tail. Sneak in hits with charged lightning while he's rolling or on the pillar --this is also a completely safe way of damaging his head at the end without getting munched.

With Hugo I killed it for the second time, so it's not hard, I even managed to loose only a third of my hp.
