about Steam Cloud help

if i shut down the steam cloud function, when i begin a new game my new save file can unlock the ahievement or not?? by the way, if i open the steam cloud function, where is my local Felghana save files?? because sometimes there is some bugs about the steam cloud when i change my computer to another one? sometimes the save file is not the same, usually became a early one.

Steam cloud has nothing to do with Steam achievements at all.

And you only get bugs with outdated save files using the cloud if you fail to let Steam and Ys finish syncing the files to the cloud.
