Low FPS despite good computer?
For some reason I can't break 30 FPS, and often time it will dip to 15 FPS. My PC specs are as follows:

Intel Core i7 2600k
16GB DDR3 Ram
Galaxy GTX 680 Graphics
Running the steam and the game off of a SSD

Any clues as to how I can get this to run at 60 fps (or at least smooth)? As for the game configuration, I set it to High Definition but changed it to not full screen, and resolution at 1920x1080.

Have you installed the latest nVidia drivers for your video card? Have you updated your DirectX libraries? http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35

Try running the DirectX 9 executable instead of the DirectX 8 one. (ysf_win_dx9.exe)
They are essentially indistinguishable from one another, but one may run better for you.

I do have the latest drivers (310.70) and the most up to date DirectX. Also, I believe it typically runs off the DX9 since it gives the options to choose DX8 as an alternative (so I think the DX9 is what I have been using).

Try changing the resolution timer setting if you've got trouble with FPS for some odd reason.
