Unable to use Controller with Felghana

Like the title says. I played through all of Origin with a controller and loved it! I just purchased Felghana and wanted to play however the dead space on the left input is stuck in the upper right hand corner so whenever I play it just runs my character up even when I'm not using it. I went into the config and adjusted the input settings however it isn't changing the settings within the game. The controller works just fine with any other game I've played it with. Any help out there?
