All characters free for starter pack owners?

Wouldn't it be better to have all upcoming characters free for package owners? Look at smite, it was only 23 euro's and you get all upcoming characters for free. I know you don't have alot of programmers, but this doesn't mean that the game has to be overpriced. 19 euro's for only 12 characters and 12 recolors and 1 premium skin, is kinda expensive and second thing, why are all characters for real money? Why is there no ingame currency? I honestly don't think that there are alot people that want to pay money to buy characters every time. Just stating my opinion here and asking a question.

Na sorry havn't been around the forums, but i've got the starter pack and it's just it's better if you get worth for you money. Since this is a free to play i never want to spend above 30 for an avarage game. Right now this game is avarage, this is becuase the lack of characters and bugs. But yeah it's still in ''open beta''

It's $20 USD (about 15 Euro) here in the states which I feel is more than fair. Yes, there's a few bugs and balance issues but all and all, the quality of the game is excellent. It's a fun game, and I'd happily pay $20 for the release characters, if for no other reason, than to support the people that put this game together.

Characters shouldn't be money(or buying them stuff like that) in my opinion. Instead skins should be money. Starter pack gives 12 characters with 12 recolors. But in actuality you can get those characters (by ingame currency which aint released yet) So you can just scrap characters of the list. The recolored skins..... i don't like recolors.... So only thing left is premium skin, the only reason i got this is for a random premium skin and so i can play the characters which are locked by money right now. If those characters weren't locked for money, i wouldn't even bother buying the starter pack. Instead i would buy skins, cause thats more of a fair trade. So at this moment i have been forced into buying the package, becuase i love this game it's awesome. But i can't get the free to play element of it in which state it is now. So i would honestly want more stuff for the starter pack.

And it's 19 euro's here for some reason.

Prices vary depending on country regardless of whatever the exchange rate is. Even though it's $19.99 here in USD over in Spain it could be 20 Euro for whatever reason.

Also, considering the game currently rotates between 7 characters every week I don't think there is anything wrong with how it is, in my opinion of course.

If you want the option to play another character when they're not in the rotation I don't see what's wrong with dropping $2 on them for the convenience, especially since the Devs can't eat if they aren't getting some kind of income.

We neeed to bleed the devs a little more. I say we just have them make all content characters and skins free period, especially since it's a f2p game that means the devs should work for free too, salaries, taxes, insurance BAH! Who cares if they need to eat or need a place to sleep, or clothes to wear those are all sissy non-essentials, all luxury items. They can just sleep in the studio and bring us more stuff for free :D

And finally when they get kicked out of their office space, or lose electricity, they can always scrape up the last bit of whatever little money they have and just grind out more crap at a PC bang.

I don't even know where to start with this snippet. you can't get the free to play element when earlier you just said "the only reason i got this is for a random premium skin and so i can play the characters which are locked by money right now." So when you were forced to buy the pack you lost the ability of the f2p element. Well damn they really shouldn't have forced you to buy it.

STEAM! While you may think Valve and Steam are the good guys just giving the game a platform and distribution method, you're dead wrong, but you have the choice to continue living in your disillusioned sentiment.

Codebrush had to PAY Valve to get the game on the platform, Codebrush has to PAY Valve royalties and Valve takes a revenue split. SO while you think this small team of devs are rolling around Seoul with bags of money because they got your $20, and didn't give you a "fair trade" think again. Making and distributing a game is tough. Don't complain about what you get or don't get, unless you're an accountant for the damn game and now the figures running in and out of the studios.

tl;dr General rant about how people QQ about giving money to and indy dev.

I mostly agree with all you said, but as i said i was comparing the game to the other games you can get for a price of 19 euro's. And sure indie devs need to get paid but i have seen lots of full indie games for the price of 19 euro's. Sure this is a free-to-play game, but that's the big reason not to make it overpriced. But still this is just my opinion. And as i said i agree with most you say, but same as smite. I bought a god package for 23 euro's there for all gods, that was nice and rest of my money i spend on skins there same as league i spend more on skins then i do on champs. Oh and atm this game is totally not worth 60 euro's ^^ It needs way more polishment in way more ways, i find the game more in a Closed-beta/alpha stage that has been released too early into open-beta. It's like forge(Lacks too many stuff and they are trying to update it as fast as possible), that has been released too early too.

And thanks for not whining like other kids, like some people are saying like we ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ care or this that.
