How to Succeed this game.
I believe the following things that I needed before the character balance.
the game is so good basically.

1. levelup-based reward. (ex. Base HP or Armor upgrade 0.5degree)
2. give the punishment to abandoned match player.(ex. level down)
3. escape method from the combo by timing.(more easily)
4. add friend to friend list and join to play together.

1. No - Breaks balance...horribly
2. Yes
3. No - Evasion is built into each characters skill set
4. Probably not - PUG servers should be auto-balanced. Team play should be organised.

2. Lose experience instead. Like the game, real life can be spontaneous.
3. Once the timing is learned, it wouldn't be hard to do. It wouldn't be possible to combo anyone but newbs.
4. Pretty sure that's already gonna happen, that's why the tab is there

1. I want to have the sense to level up.
2. I feel people who disconnect to have lost is too much.
3. I want to easily it a little more for bifinners.
4. I think good that friends become opponent by auto balance.

1. Well that would be better rewarded through cosmetics or some other mechanic that does not effect gameplay. But this is unlikely to happen during beta testing
2. Yeah I still agree :)
3. That really needs to be handled by a solid tutorial which the game does not feature yet. Hopefully there will be one added before the game goes live
4. If you just want a method to be able to get into the same match with friends rather than being on the same team then I agree and as Emonium said it looks like something like that is already planned :)

If you've played long enough then you're already ahead of the game against new players experience wise. Being physically more powerful than your newb opponent to boot would absolutely destroy my interest in this game.

Cosmetic levelup bonuses: yes.
Stat upgrades: Absolutely not.

I'd be interested in receiving or unlocking cosmetics for upgrades and certain achievements. On the second point, sometimes you just have to leave a match due to real life or because it stopped being fun due to stacking/griefing or whatever. I'm alright with some form of penalty as long it's not too harsh.

Yes. As long as it is enough to be a problem if you do it often (habitual quiters) but little enough to mean that its not really an issue the odd time you do need to quit then it should be good. Also we need a method to be able to balance teams without leaving the game or else team balancers would be getting penalized >.<
