Netherdale issue/improvement
Hi ArchBladers,

I was just thinking about this and I needed to come post it here. I think the two spawning zone in NetherDale should have immunity to abilities.
I say this because I find that it defeats the purpose to spawn in a small room in the air protected by a shield that protects us from stuff like
Elrath's projectile but still be able to be hit by Renoah's Q. It's particularly annoying of spawning with a bunch of people and having 40% of our life go boom
while you haven't even entered the fight yet.

So to me the spawning zone should be immune to Renoah's Q( not your base pylon, but the Spawning Room in the air)

What do you guys think?

I think Renoah's Q should be blockable in the first place. I think they should triple the speed at which it hits but allow it to be blockable so that if you are busy fighting when she does it you'll almost certainly be hit but if you're by yourself or a Renoah decides to start the match with it then the ability will end up doing next to no damage. I think it should still BREAK your block, but do extremely reduced damage against blocking opponents.

I could be wrong but I swear that even though you see the animation of being hit if you are still in the spawn tower (inside the shield) you don' ttake damage... Am I having a moment of insanity here or can someone else confirm what I'm saying..?

I'll check if you're right Kokoro. If it's the case then my bad for making a post on something that isn't an issue lol As for it being blockable I don't know I find it fine like it is now.

When you first spawn you have a few second of invulnerability so that might explain?

Well ya but if you happen to wonder up there for a sec or two and that invul stops then you can still get hit when you're up there. but yea if you take it in the perspective that after these 4 seconds you should have left the room up there then ya it does explain it. xP

Only the first 2 seconds of spawning because of your invulnerability, the spawn base doesn't give protection.

This is indeed something that could be taken under consideration. There are loads of reasons why the spawn area should make you immune to all damage while inside it (but, it also must prevent you from doing damage to people outside of it).

An easy example would be if somebody wants to sit since his team is outnumbering the opposing one. It would be really irritating if a random Renoah that, without actually wanted to do so, hits him with her Q.
