Huge problem!

Nearly all EU servers that we try to join are giving us this error mesage: "Server is restarting".

A server restart would be appreciated. :D

hey guys... i'm new to the game and i just opened the server browser and it looks like it's done loading but literally NO server/game/rooms are showing on any of the servers but the store and everything else connects... HELP!
