What were you thinking with Gaspar's recent buff?

He didn't need such a ridiculous damage buff with his ground tri shot. Now he's wrecking everybody. Not like Gaspar even needed a buff in the first place.

Its not so much a damage buff as more like omg omg omg he can take out 75% of my health just by holding 1 button.

If he hits. Considering people won't get stunned by it means that once he's close enough to aim accurately, the other player would be close enough to lock him in a combo

Kind of agreeing with Emonium here after a little bit of playing with it. It's not really much different from pre-patch Gaspar in terms of risk vs reward.

What I am liking is that they fixed the "no-RP-spent power attack" bug. I can admit now I was abusing the HELL out of that. Elika unlimited LL(R) and infinite guard breaks makes everybody mad.

You're telling me that if someone sees you and you have a 3 charge ready and attack them from across the steam canal map, you will hit?

Thats not aim. thats predicting where they would be and since bombs arent instant no it wouldnt hit unless they are stupid. And you dont even try hold r on those.

You said 'long range' and we're talking about charging 3 shots. You said that soomeone who couldn't aim, sucks. I'm telling you that even experienced players wouldn't be able to aim his R properly from long range, nor would it be likely to hit if they did, even moreso if you were in the middle of a 1vs1.
In order to be certain that all three shots would hit, you'd need to be in at least medium range and considering gasper is stalled for a second after the shot, anyone persuing you would most likely be able to catch up to you.

Right, because Gasper is good for nothing other than attacking people when they least expect it and kiting. I disagree.
Like someone said, it takes near 75% of HP if it hits, depending on the character. It's works well as a surprise attack while being persued. If they catch you in their combo, you won't have all that much work left to do to defeat them. If they're already pretty low on HP, you'll win.
And by 1vs1, I meant the same as someone persuing you. I don't mean joining a game and fighting 1vs1, I mean in any team game or nagas pit where 1 or 2 people come after you.
This game not being centered towards '1vs1' doesn't helpe anyone's argument but yeah, point already proven

Gaspar's buff is like it's not even there. It did not really change the game in a negative way. Maybe Gaspar actually needed that kind of buff in the first place (No, I do not play Gaspar myself).

So I've been playing Gaspar for a few hours and this buff is so fun to screw with in Nagas Pit. All shots hitting a Renny's back directly is an instant kill with no armour. You don't even have to be in point blank range.
