At the moment, no he's not. I'm not entirely sure its possible to make him availible in gear up without replacing an existing character. Also, none of the gear fits on him, so you couldn't do anything anyways. Sorry.

If I'm able to find somthing that allows that implementation, I'll be sure to add it in.

Hmm... At the moment I don't have any plans. If somthing comes up as possible or benificial to the community, I might make it into a mod as well. However, I will probably focus on trying to update the Woojin mod with bug fixes etc.
