Controller Support
For anyone that may be interested, i have tested this game and it works great with a 360 controller both in game and in the menus. This game should have a partial controller support icon added to the store page.

if you want controller vibrations to work, you have to edit steamapps\common\Fireburst\FSGame\Config\DefaultGame.ini and add:

[Engine.PlayerController]
ForceFeedbackManagerClassName=WinDrv.XnaForcefeedbackmanager

I use a straight plug and play 360 controller and it works perfectly no emulators, downloads or anything. Just your basic usb 360 controller. And it works with every game I have that has any sort of controller support or access. Gamepads etc will always need some sort of shall we say "help" but I am stoked with how the 360 controller is basic plug and play. Also got it really cheap on ebay look around but YES this game will support a controller and it's awesome :)

I'm using a Logitech PS2 style controller and even it works with the game. Configuration is seemingly impossible, but it's not difficult to learn what buttons do what.

How do I actually use a controller for this game?

search for x360ce. it makes your controller look like xbox 360 controller in the games.
