Lock not accepting Key

Been trying to set up a locked door. Have door, lock, and key placed. Have set that the Lock opens the Door with the Key....I think. Its not working and not sure whats wrong.

Have made a connector from lock to door(with it set as open when activated), and have the key id in the 'opened with' box on lock. But when I try to use key in lock...nothing, lock dosnt accept key.

If anyone knows wtf I'm doing wrong please tell.

Are you using the key's name or the keys id? i.e. iron_key or iron_key_1.

Ya, I'm an idiot. Was using the key ID and not the type of key. Realized that after I went to bed.
