Everything is black.
Everything is black except for the fire from the torches.
Any ideas on how to fix this?

this happened to me when I forced Anti-Aliasing on with the graphic card driver software. If you are using an ATI/AMD card you can turn it off in the gaming tab of the catalyst cntrol center. For nvidia cards I'm sure there's something similar.
