I feel like my party is missing a lot..will accuray increase as we level or do i need gear for that?

Do think Dex helps aor skill points in the weapon of choice, but becareful no respecing

The Accuracy of+for melee is determined by a characters Dexterity rating, the number of skill points placed into your weapon skill of choice and any Accuracy/Dexterity bonus granted by gear.

Note that the choosen weapon skill raised Accuracy and Damage for it's class only i.e. points put into the Dagger skill will benefit any melee daggers like the Knife but not Throwing Daggers.
