Front row:
For melee there are protection-based lizardman fighters going either swords or unarmed and their counterpart the evasion-based unarmed lizardman rogue.
The ranged option are throwing minotaur rogues with double throw.
Back row:
Missile minotaur rogues with double shot.
Why no minotaur for melee? Their lack of dex/accuracy up's their melee miss chance.
Why no axes / maces? Simple: way too slow. While their top weapon tier really rocks it comes along very late in the game thus seeing little use.
Why no daggers? Best damage is done by backstabbing yet many monsters can't be backstabbed.
Why no mages? Their damage is good but refilling their energy to deal that damage can be annoying.
Yeah that's mostly what I was looking for, sorry for the vague question and many thanks for your answer :)
I went 4 rogues, but mixed things a bit to see how it would go.
2 evasion Lizard in front: 1 unarmed - 1 dagger
1 Minotaur with throwing weapons
1 Human with missile weapons
We'll see how it goes :)
