Achievements question

So I have been playing and gotten 3 stars on every level (working on 4 and 5) however the achievement hasnt shown up. Do the DLC levels count towards it?

I quit the game and launched it again but it reset all of my stats. Now I gotta do it all over again :(

Also what is meant by "Collect all high-value score items in the game"? What are they and what do they look like?
