Problem with subscription

My subscription ended just now and I wanted to take a VIP acces for 1 more month. Trying to do that via game DDO store, but is says:

2002: Sorry, this payment method is currently unavailable. Please try again later or select a different payment method.

Did anyone had this problem before? Should I just patiently wait or is it something else?

A lot of people having issues with the subs lately not sure why. There was a thread in ddo forums saying "We're looking into it" you might wanna check
if there's a update.
