Speed Rift
I am having trouble with the hard speed rift. When I press left and right it can take up to a second delay for the character to go left or right. Sometimes it doesn't even work? If I press left or right nothing happens? When I go around corners the character is forced to the out the edge of the corner making it impossible to pick up orbs.

I have also found that when my character is forced to the outer edge of the corner sometimes he gets stuck. Please see picture below.

Any help would be great

Shouldn't you know this yourself? This being your game and all.

Does this happen in any other instance of the game? What input device are you using?

Like I said sometimes it works, but has very bad input lag. The other times it doesn't work at all. (eg. press "A" doesn't go left press "D" doesn't go right.
Also sometimes, if I activate speed boost on corners the character gets stuck on the outside edge of the corner, as you can see in my screenshot.

Speed Rifts are bad. They don't control well, are non-responsive (in my experience) and just not well designed. However, I still managed to get gold first try for all of them, probably because they were designed so gold ratings were not unreachable because of the bad controls. Perhaps I'm the only person who is experiencing this, though.

People having this issue: Can I ask what your avg. framerate is while in speedrifts?

Most likely that's because you were playing on casual.

With vsyn on = 60fps
With vsyn off 120 to 130fps

I have notice that the problem isn't there with vsyn turned on

Does your monitor support refresh rate higher than 60 Hz?
