Uncensored Saints Row 4 - where to buy?

Given that Australia has just had a new version of Saints Row 4 rated MA15+ (with the Shaundi loyalty mission being removed due to the use of "alien narcotics"), where can I get a ROW key for Saints Row 4?

GreenManGaming have stated that orders in Australia will receive censored keys so they're out of the question.

dont bother with GMG or ozgameshop or gamersgate, your only option is to get an american friend to buy it for you and gift it to you. you can try mightyape but it will be more expensive than getting an american firend to gift it to you

@OP: I think there's a rumor that even if you buy a key/ROW gift, it'll be converted to AU version because it's based on the region you're in rather than the gift received.

Or you could look around any of those "serial key" sites, where they sell you just the key (its often cheaper too) asia, russia, all over there. Then you just download the uncensored version and use the key fort hat.

Would it make a differance if you had a european key and an australian steam account, would your game be converted to au version as the steam account is australian?
