Anyone know how to get the Saintsfield Achivement?

When I log in the saintsrow community in the game,it always said "the useless username" This freaking problem has torment me since I bought this game. But if I wanna get that achivement, I have to try and try again.
any help?

The community service is down and has been for over half a year so far. On the official forum they say that a fix is coming. but they have been saying this for months. No word on when it is complete.
Until then you cannot get the achievement.

I wont be ashamed of using it.
From my point of view, it isnt a problem anymore, more like a Deep Silver/Volition shameful fail. I mean, its obvious they dont give a f*** because they do more games like that Gat out of hell, so they laughed about this, then they thought about fixing it for maybe 2 seconds, laughed again, and then started to work into a new game.
Face it, mediocre devs=mediocre games, Dont get me wrong, for being the first and last SR game that Ive bought, was kinda fun, maybe excessive and asinine.
