no audio, (fixed)
game audio options are max but there is no audio either on menu or in game at all, all games work properly , never had a game with no audio

fix : clear steams compatibility check box, read more about it 3 posts down

for some reason (probably lack in programming of crazy machine elements :P), games audio wont work with front panel , i tested by simply switching the playback device to digital ( which is an optic fiber connection to the home cinema - auxilary source ) andit worked fine.

update june 2013 , changed ( unchecked ) steam.exe compatibility ( it was checked for vista and now it has no check at all ) and it seems that it fixed the audio
