Demo vs full game
In the demo, each dungeon floor takes about 2 minutes to complete. Does this change much at all over the course of the full game or do most of the floor end up staying short?

For the story dungeons, the longest a level (speedrun) should take you is 3 minutes, once geared... But if you're talking in terms of even-levels, the absolute most would be 10 minutes for one. This doesn't apply in Grind-mode AKA Neo-/Tri-Geon, where being randomly generated means they can range from 1 enemy/5 seconds, to a few dozen enemies/few minutes. The upside being there are 99 floors for both, and the Tri-Geon enemies start at your "power" level -- So it's almost always an even pace regardless of time invested.
Does it eventually change to a format where after completing a floor, it stops spitting you back out into the hub world so you can get an experience with a better flow to it? Or does it keep up the way it does it in the demo of you beat a floor, get a little splash screen of gold/time/experience for the floor and then kick you out to the town?
Quite honestly though the game gets a bit dull after a few days or weeks. When you start playing the Tri-Geon/Neo (Pretty much a survival dungeon) you'll get bored of the game pretty fast.
@Nine: Neo/Tri, you traverse the floors one* at a time, it has a screen with the gate/stairs you went through, then the next floor starts. A minor spoiler, but you can reclass/rejob part way through the story.

@Nosef: I'm roughly 150 hours in, yet to be bored (I can deal with monotony well) -- That might be because I'm aiming for the bosses, slowly statting up.
This is a JRPG. There is a lot of level grinding, stat development, etc. It's much more "Diablo" and much less "Final Fantasy". If you are into character customization, it's a great game.

Also, the stages get significantly longer when you get to the last few areas. Some of them have "target" (read as speed run) times of like 2 minutes, which means they'll be take 5-7 minutes when you're doing them, and you'll likely need to either complete them multiple times or try them multiple times to beat them.
