Match Making and WBID error

I cant even join a match and I keep waiting while it said Waiting for other player to join, and the problem with WBID server is not available...Please fix this developer =="

It is a common problem and there is a workaround (not ideal but it works). first go into your settings in steam then go to downloads + cloud and change your download region. I had to change it twice before i got one that worked.
