How to make the negative nemesis achievements?

I have all the good achives from it, but It would be more fair if we get the negative ones with it... I had nemesis really really long ago,(in the days i started the game) since I never die more then lik4times in a match. I don't want to exploit the geme with a firend and also don't want to intentionally running around and get killed to ♥♥♥♥ up my scores :D now what? :D

I don't know how people get any of the rampage backgrounds for the ones that require 5 straight deaths either.
