um the game is broken, officially 11 months ago... sorry to be a downer but its never getting fixed, they fired the people running it

Noone can because Monolith. The game won't get fixed because no matter how popular their games are, Monolith only care about making a quick buck then moving on and repeating. This game isn't ever going to be fixed, I'd move on now before you're left even more disappointed.

Many of us are still able to have a good laugh and a fun game.

Going by the posts in these forums, you'd think that the game was completely FUBAR. It isn't.
