FPS ISSUES
please help, i have tried all the fixes i know of but my game still only runs at 20-25 fps,

specs
GTX 970
Intel core i7 processor 2.4 Ghz
8 GB RAM
64 Bit windows

i have tried changing priority to high, i have already turnd off vsync, all of my video settings are as low as they can go and i have done a re-install

PLEASE HELP

It's called changing the resolution to a smaller one.

Turning resolution down will rely help then you can turn other settings up.

BTW shadows kill performance.
