How to load a custom mission?
I downloaded a few levels from the workshop, but I can't figure out how to play them.

1. Make sure you're playing the latest version of Gunpoint and have opted out of any betas via Properties.
2. Return to the Main Menu of Gunpoint. This is the screen where you can select missions, buy new gadgets, spend upgrade points, and view the credits. If you are in the middle of a mission, you will need to either abort or finish it first.
3. Select the Menu button in the bottom right corner.
4. Select Level editor (third option from the bottom).
5. Select Workshop items. All levels that you subscribe to in the Workshop should appear under this section.

There is no "workshop items" option.

Are you absolutely, positively, 100% certain that you've opted out of the Gunpoint beta? I believe the "oldversion" beta does NOT have Steam workshop support. To check, right click on Gunpoint in your library, select Properties, then click the Betas tab. Make sure the drop-down menu is set to "NONE - opt out of all betas". Otherwise, I have no idea why you're having trouble finding the levels you've subscribed to.

Yes. Maybe it's a bug with the Linux version, which is what I'm using?

Could be. Unfortunately, I'm using Windows so I'm not sure what else to suggest. Sorry.

Linux and mac versions with workshop support is still in beta for non windows clients. To use workshop levels right click on your game in list mode and select properties and go to betas tab, check maclinuxbeta and you're good to go.
