Game's visuals are bugged and broken, unplayable

So the game literally broke even after I tried reinstalling it.
Only shapes and colors would appear, no sprites, the words were all rectangles, and the logo that appears when starting up the game is just all the letters the font has in the game. This makes the game unplayable.

How do I fix this?

On my profile there is an image of it happening. It was working fine in the past but now it isn't.
