I want to love this game.

I really do. I'd played a small bit of it at a friends when it was first released on Dreamcast. I really enjoyed what I played too. And I played JSRF to death on Xbox. So when I saw this released, I jumped on it and bought it. Only finally decided to download it last night, and played it this morning.

The thing is, I just can't do it. The controls are just so keyboard unfriendly. Obviously it's not my problem with the game. It's my problem with the port. So I think my only real solution would be to purchase it on 360 or buy myself a controller for PC.

I'm not bashing the game at all, just felt like writing a little bit for some reason. :shrug:

It's a 12 years old game that was never intended to be controlled using a KB when it was being designed, I'm surprised they actually even released on PC. But yeah, you're gonna need a gamepad for this beauty.

Yeah, treat yourself to a 360 controller for xmas or something. I can't even imagine trying to play this on a keyboard.

The real question is why you don't already have a controller for PC. So many games benefit from one.
