How can I delete one of my save slots?
I'm going to have to start a new save to get Detached, but I don't want to have to keep the second save around when I'm done. I'm not seeing any obvious ways to do so.

hey looking into the problem, but you can overwrite your current single save. what i did was save in the very last one so it isn't really apparent in the save list. I'll keep searching in the files to see if there are any alternatives.

thanks for looking into it for me. :)

its just weird because the userdata file that jet set radio uses for custom graffiti has a save folder, but mine doesn't have anything in it. truth be told you could probably just save over your current save or save at the very bottom if worst comes to worst. If you want you could add me as i research this issue.

eh... i'd really like to avoid saving over my current save. i've finally unlocked all the characters and graffiti and don't really want to do it again. it's baffling that the game doesn't seem to have a "delete save" feature. the second slot is going to drive me nuts. >_>

did a little experimenting in offline mode so that my new save wouldn't stick when i went back online... creating a new save makes a new folder with a new jetset___sys inside, but deleting it does not delete the save, even though no other files seem to have been modified except for remotecache.vdf. I tried both deleting remotecache.vdf and replacing it with my backup, but the save still remains.

If you just copy the whole 205950 folder it contains the save. The weird thing is though, even if you delete that whole folder, and then open up the game, it still shows your last saves when you go to load, including the times they were last saved, except when you go to load it, it will always load right back at the start of the game.

Oh and for anyone interested, if you're going for detached, you can back up your 205950 folder and if you get caught, reload from it instead of starting a new game. Can confirm it will work since I got caught on Benten ch3 and reloaded from a ch2 backed up save.
