the game wont let me do anything, its just him driving and says get the pants in the bottom left and the pointer wont go to the bottom of the screen

That's some weird bug, it's a short, but legit game and not a bad one, did I mention that it is really short though?

This is most definitely a bug, and not a deliberate one!

Please try running the game in windowed mode. Add the following launch option:

--dialog

in Steam (Properties -> General -> Set Launch Options).
Then launch the game, it will bring up a little setup dialog where you can disable fullscreen.
If this fixes the issue, try setting the correct resolution for your monitor. Sometimes the auto-detection fails, e.g. if you add custom resolutions in your graphics driver settings. If that doesn't help, I need your exact hardware specs and a logfile.txt from the game directory to be able to tell what's wrong.
