Does it come with the first 18 expansions or not? Just want clarification
Cause that is kind of what it sounds like that it says in the Key Features section on the Store Page but I just wanted clarification.

From what I can tell, you get all but the brand new expansion?

I would skip this one for Rift, Lord of the Rings, EQ2, or Runes of Magic, the graphics are just that bad, but if you can overlook that, it's a good game with a core of dedicated players and probably runs great on 8 year old PCs with XP even.

Guessing.... YMMV

Um, as much as I enjoyed Everquest back in the day, it's nigh unplayable now. Let me recap how you will feel: "How do I move? Why is this inventory so clunky? Man, those buildings look like poop. OH CRAP I FELL OFF THE LIFT. *grindgrindgrind* This is taking too long. *uninstall*"

Serious, MMOs have come a long way. No need to go backwards this far.

On the other hand, if you like grindy MMOs with exceptionally hard content, this works.

i used to play this game in 2001 with a Radeon 5600 (not hd) and a 56k internet connection. so its safe to say anyone with a pc that is younger than 10 years can play it. probably on max settings.

as for the games content, massively extensive. You will never run out of things to do. leveling itself takes months maybe a year if you are casual. If you count AA points it could take you a decade to get all the xp you want.

Yeah I got a supped up computer now that can play major games from this generation on Ultra graphics level so it's like child's play for this computer to be able to play EverQuest

I think i can figure it out also if I can figure out and beat Dark Souls 3 times and beat Demon's Souls 2 of the hardest RPGs to date or the classic 1995 Earthbound RPG for SNES that has that grindgrindgrind and hardcore difficulty, I think I can handle old EverQuest's difficulty and gameplay

Your answer is no. It does not come with all 18 expansions. If you subscribe and buy the bundle pack you will have them. If you buy the expansions, and don't subscribe ( pay monthly) almost all the content is still locked. Rather asinine if you ask me. Pay 39.99 for 1/10 of the content. Then pay montly to continue to use what you just paid 40$ for! Thats sony logic!

Where do you buy the bundle now cause I have looked all over their website and haven't found it?

Unless they have changed something, you get for free all but the last 2 expansions, Veil of Alaris, and Rain of Fear. You do NOT need to pay a monthly... you can buy the features you like, or you can pay for gold membership which comes with all the features. By features I mean certain races, classes, extra inventory slots. If you go gold reoccuring, you get 500 SC monthly, which is about a $5 value.

Sony f2p's are some of the most retarded initiatives I've ever heard of. Second only to Blizzard's "FREE-TO-PLAY *until level 20*" b.s. on WoW, "Free To Play, Your Way," is little more than a trial on anything Sony's tacked it onto. Limited classes and races to choose from, limited crucial game features, and everything needs to be bought.

These devs need to learn from Turbine. If you're going to add a f2p feature to your mmo, at least allow players to earn game-store credits simply by playing the game. I've been playing LotRO for two years, though my first year was rather casual, and haven't spent a dime on it. Just time, and if you enjoy exploring the world and playing like a completionist, it's possible. Not here, though.

Way to make people fork out for the bare bones of a 13 year old game.

im interested in getting a new mmo to kill my time. i was huge into swtor, but its not fun getting back ino games you played already. whats the best out atm? i want levels, classes, tons of gear variations, weapons, and everything else we love about mmo's.

if this game diddnt look like its from 1998 or something id give it a shot.
