Game wont run at all! What?!?
Bought the game today and downloaded it off steam. After installing was complete I attempted to play but the screen just froze until I hit the windows key and the screen unfroze and the game tab was open at the bottom but it wont come up. I went to the taskmanager and it says game.exe not responding. Attempted several times and deleted all files, downloaded again and reinstalled yet still the issue remains. What is up? All drivers are up to date and my computer able to run all the current games, why not this?!?

Hi, sorry about this.

we need two things from you, dxdiag and game.log, please send them to support: support(at)frogwares.com

A. What is a Dxdiag ?
DxDiag is a diagnostic tool that provides all technical info of your computer (as the name of your graphic card, space available on your hard drive or the version of the OS) No confidential info is given.

How to create a DxDiag ?
1. Click on Start then Run on XP if Vista or Win 7 go to step 2
2. In the field Open or research field on Vista or Win7, type the command DXDIAG then click OK.
3. Wait till the program has finished to collect all data
4. in the DxDiag window, click on the button Save All Information
5. Choose the place where you wish to save it and click on Save
6. Once the save done, you can close the DxDiag window and open the file DxDiag.txt
7. take the file, attach it to your email and send it to us

B.To find game.log open Windows Explorer window, paste into address bar %appdata%\frogwares and press Enter. In the opened window find folder named with game title (The Testament of Sherlock Holmes), open it and open "log" folder. The game.log file must be there.
