Windows 10 IS stable and constantly updated... would never go back to another older version full of security holes !!!

I have Purefaction and I've tried several resolutions, but the game keeps crashing on me, too. I get a few seconds into the tutorial and it just closes.

How I ran RF in FULLHD on Windows 10 x64:

Download Pure Faction 3.0
Install pure faction 3.0 (Don't use v.3.0d - doesn't load the game)

Done!!!

I have no issue with RF on Win10-64 Bit Version without any patches (e.g Pure faction etc) Try verify data or latest driver updates.

Nothing bad about Running RF with Steam version, is still a nice classic way to play, but you will particularly lack the Enhanced LOD that show ONLY the Highest Quality of Players Models, Items & Clutter Objects in levels. No more Deform Blob visible =)

You will maybe also miss the Spectator mode, few others extra features & game console cmd (~) Tilde key...
