You do realise that the only reason steam exists is to aggregate patches, updates, community and support. Lately with additional steam game hubs, this has gotten even better. The only reason I bought 3dmark was because it was on steam for the right price. I have games from about every developer/publisher around in 'my games' list and there is no way in hell I am going sign up for every forum on the internet just so I can get support, patches, a community. You are no different, FM.

beta versions of operating systems are unsupported.

3DMark 11 works fine with Windows 8.1 RTM as long as latest Futuremark SystemInfo update is installed (Steam should have auto-upated it already)

AquaMark³ Version: 3.0 (2003)
PCMark04 Version: 1.20 (1998-2004)futuremark
on steam store ?

No, none of those Futuremark benchmarks are supported any more and they won't be added to Steam (they are just so old that they are no longer useful as benchmarks)

As for Aquamark, no idea. Not our product.
