Won't launch after updating gfx drivers
I just updated my drivers to the amd 13.11 WHQL and now when I start up the program it says "The program requires Steam.. Please restart Steam Client and start again" Well I did that and nothing changed. Veryfied the cache and it reinstalled all the dependencies but no change with the error message.

I also am having this same issue. I don't believe its a video driver issue though it happened after Steam updated this morning and my video card is Nvidia GTX 690 310.90 Driver.
