Stumped at Zone 7

I'm basically being shown some yellow blobs and standing in it starts a timer. I have absolutely no idea what I'm supposed to do with this. Can anyone enlighten me?

You go to the far left and go on the blob, and lure the monster right, the blob acts as a lure, you need to keep it on so the monster follows you, lure it into the falling acid.

I figured this part out - however, I was dumb and dropped the box below the acid on the platform above the monster area so the acid doesn't drop down...and now I can't figure out how to remove that.

The acid you need to lure the monster to is any of the ones you passed to get to it. You have to block the first acid vent with the rock so you can get to the monster in the first place.

Ah thanks so much, I was able to lure him all the way back over to the other acid. Whew!
