Hell Yeah! Has stopped working! [Solution]

Assuming your system meets the games requirements

Go to your Steam Library
Select Hell Yeah
Right Click
Select Propertied
Select Local Files
>>Verify integrity of game cache<<

Did the same thing it seems lots of people are doing, bought the game, installed the game and promptly had the game crash every time I tried to launch it. 25 files failed to veryify and were redownloaded (ymmv) and now the game launches fine.

Hmm well that was an issue from when the game had first launched. So I would be a bit surprised if it still had the same issue/fix.

Might check to see if any of your security software is flagging the game and preventing it from launching. If that is the case whatever applications you use should have a log of the software being flagged and blocked and updating it's permissions should resolve the issue.

For example I remember when Portal 2 first launched and would blackscreen my system and it turned out that it was my AV/Firewall blocking the game. Changed it's permissions and it ran like a dream.

Anyhow that's just my best guess, I can't recall the last time I played Hell Yeah! other than it being pretty fun.
