Who is going to preorder Rocksmith 2014 and why!
On sept 1st, i'm going to preorder. i hardly ever preorder games, and i'm super hyped for RS2014. i have been playing guitars for years before rocksmith, however i think rocksmith is nice because it makes practicing gutiar and bass more fun. I feel link RS 2014 will improve on all the things that i didn't like because i was a experienced player.

Yeah it looks like a major improvement, I just hope they put in online multiplayer so people can guitar duel!

Me! The amp and pedal tone sounds are really good in Rocksmith also.

How do you imagine that working? People already complain about audio-lag at present, and that's without more than doubling it with network latency added to the mix. If you're just going to play through independant of each other and then compare scores and ability - why not just live-stream it to Twitch.tv instead?

I don't believe in pre ordering, but I will get it. Because... drums!

Already ordered.

As much as I love the original, RS 2014 looks like a major improvement. Going be what they have said, improvement in performance, quality of learning materials like guitarcade games and lessons. The clean up of the menus and more major bands coming on board with some awesome music. They have listened to what we the people wanted. Its a win, win for everyone.

I'll get it, the biggest reason is the Riff Repeater, finally you don't need to switch modes and be dragged out of the learning experience.

Also supporting a product which is awesome!

I concur. They should have named the first one "2/3junksmith". Its because they would not give up any money for good songs licensing. And look at the song list theyare starting off with! lol

I'll probably end up getting it but will be disappointed that I OWN the original for LESS than a year and they release a newer version. from what I've read no discounts for owners of the original. so I'll wait until STEAM has it on Sale... around January I bet.
