A budget priced classical guitar back in the seventies when i was about 8. My first electric was called a Marlin Slammer from the late eighties. A cheapo Strat copy.

A cheap 'strat' copy in the late 70s, but I often 'borrowed' my sister's acoustic, but having recently started again, I've got a "Vintage" SG, and a Chinese knock-off Jazz Bass (both left-handed).

The SG is fine but the action on the bass isn't that good, so I'm looking for a better bass!

First guitar was a Tanara Strat copy. FIrst bass will be one I am building myself. Mahogany and Alder body, BadA** bridge, Bertolini electronics. I have not decided on the pickups yet.
